For orders under 20 million VND, customers are required to pay 100% of the order value upon receipt through cash or bank transfer. Orders valued at 20 million VND or more will be paid according to the corresponding contract terms (30-50% advance payment, with the remaining balance paid within 3-5 days).

For customers in Ho Chi Minh City, we offer 100% free shipping for orders over 10 million VND and 50% free shipping for orders 10 million VND or less.

For customers in other regions, we will support shipping to the bus station or express delivery services. Customers will be responsible for transportation and express delivery costs.

We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
