Return Policy

All products distributed by our company are covered by our warranty policy. Customers are entitled to return and get a refund in specific cases:

Products with manufacturing defects (warranty as per regulations).

Products that do not comply with the “Quotation” provided by our company. Condition: feedback must be given during the delivery inspection process.

Products that have been installed on the system are not eligible for return or exchange for any reason outside the specified warranty terms.
